What people usually ask before we start
How much does a project with BotGT cost?
Web division projects start at Q3,000 (Landing) and Systems projects at Q3,500 (FEL invoicing). The final price depends on scope and we confirm it in writing before we start, with no extras halfway through.
How long does a typical project take?
A landing page can be ready in 1-2 weeks. A corporate site takes 2-4 weeks, an online store 4-6. In Systems, an invoicing module ships in 2-4 weeks and a full custom system is delivered in stages over several weeks.
Do you only work in Guatemala or in all of Central America?
We work with companies across Guatemala and the rest of Central America. The team operates from Guatemala City on GMT-6, but we serve clients in any time zone in the region.
Which division should I start with: Web or Systems?
If your priority is online presence (corporate site, store, landing, SEO), start with Web. If you need to optimize operations (inventory, invoicing, automating repetitive tasks, connecting systems), start with Systems. If you have both needs, we usually begin with Web and add Systems in a second stage.
